The Platform

A training platform that enables individuals and organisations to deliver a Through Our Lens style programme with groups and individuals they are working with.

The platform will provide guidance for facilitators, and there will be carefully crafted, engaging short lessons and exercises that will create a framework to enable people of all ages and backgrounds to learn to create powerful and well crafted photographs using mobile phones/mobile devices or traditional cameras to tell their stories.

This will be a powerful way to enable those who are isolated, or disempowered or experiencing a unique life situation, to show and share their experience using photography. Thereby creating a tool for empowerment, that has the potential to positively change lives, and let people’s stories be seen.

The Platform will work on a subscription model and there will be various options including a mentorship and training programme. As well as the platform Carolyn Mendelsohn can also devise bespoke one off training, mentoring and workshop sessions.
