IT’S A PROCESS
We believe that creativity is a process and you’re never going to learn if you’re worried about failing. So, we say, ‘do your worst’ and ‘don’t be afraid to make mistakes’.

LIFT EACH OTHER UP
We believe in creating spaces where difference is celebrated. We’re not all made from the same mould – nor would we want to be. Our strength lies in our differences and our foundations are built on respecting each other as individuals.

CO-PRODUCE AND COLLABORATE
We believe in peer mentorship and learning through each other. As a group, we champion collaborative thinking, peer support and inspring each other.

BE PART OF A COMMUNITY
We see each other as more than just co-producers – we’re a community. The world isn’t an easy place to live in, so we believe in creating safe spaces for us to learn from each other, confine in each other and grow.
