Our World

The world and the story, through the lens of Children aged 6 -11 (who live in Bradford District) who are interested in taking pictures, photography and exploring their world, their feelings and experiences at this time of Covid 19.

Two groups took part in a a series of 7 engaging online workshops/sessions on Zoom, and sent their images back. The sessions were facilitated by Carolyn Mendelsohn with the assistance and mentoring of two members of the original Through Our Lens group. Pheobe Cookson, and Holly Wade.

The work created as a result of this satellite project was published in a dedicated zine, and exhibited in the Garden Gallery at Cartwright Hall, Bradford. A selection of the photographs will also be featured in the exhibition Through Our Lens: Growing Up with Covid 19, at Impressions Gallery.
